Two Pines Customs

Apparel

Just about anything you can dream up we can help with. Our unique printing process, teamed up with our in-house graphic design expertise, allows us to offer a wide variety of decoration options paired with an even larger variety of garment options.

We work with the biggest apparel distributors in the country and can get our hands on many of our recommended items within days (sometimes even the next day). This means you could have your order very quickly, often within a week.

Here are just some of the types of garments we can print on: t-shirts (100% cotton, cotton/polyester blends, 100% uncoated polyester), long sleeve t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, vests, tank tops, sweatpants, leggings, jackets, other outwear, and much more.

How it works

Step 1: What do you need?

To get started, gather some info and fill out our quote form. We'll minimally need: what type of garments you're looking for, how many of each, sizes, garment colors, and design(s) you want printed. The more detail you can provide up front, the more accurate we can make your quote and the quicker we can get started on your project.

Step 2: Quote & approval

Once we have all the information we need, we'll prepare and send a detailed quote for you to review. Once you approve it, we'll send any invoice and we get started as soon as we receive payment.

Step 3: Production & Delivery

Once you've approved the quote and design layout(s), your order goes into production. After completion and quality control, we pack your order and notify you with shipping info or timing for pickup.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your pricing?

Because of the custom nature of what we offer, our pricing isn't standardized and needs to be quoted for each project.

Why do I need a quote?

With so many options, instead of overwhelming you with endless lists to sift through and pick from, tell us what you need first and we'll ask the questions and narrow down the options. Picture us more like your concierge than a searchable database.

Do you have minimums?

Our minimum order is limited to 25 prints. Providing the artwork is exactly the same (dimensions, color, etc), this can span across multiple, different garments.

Can I mix and match different garments with the same design?

Absolutely! In fact, we recommend it. Our volume pricing is based on prints, not garments. For example, maybe you want 10 t-shirts, 10 hoodies, and 10 long sleeve t-shirts, all with the same design. You'd get a 30 piece volume price discount for that order.

What do you have in stock?

We rarely keep any items in stock and that's on purpose. To keep our costs down to then pass those savings on to you, we don't keep overhead stock of anything. With our fantastic supplier relationships, we can get many of our recommended items within days—sometimes even the next business day.

Can I provide my own apparel for you to print on?

Unfortunately no. Our printing process is incredibly flexible, however, like any other printer, we have many parts of the process that we need to have full control over to ensure the quality is to our standards.

How long do your prints last?

Most of our print types have been tested for up to 50 commercial wash cycles with little to no degradation. That means the print might outlast the garment itself!

How many colors can my design or logo be?

With many of our print types, the cost is directly related to the number of colors in the design. Translation: a 1-color design is most economical, 4+ colors we start to explore potential other print type options.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times can vary widely based on the speed of quote/design approval, garment availability, and size of the order. Once we receive payment and if all items are available, most orders can be turned around within a week.

Can you print full color?

Due to the nature of our printing process, we do not print full color at this time. However, we have access to other resources that may be able to help and we're happy to facilitate and oversee that process for you.

What is your screen fee?

$0. That's right: unlike traditional screen printers that often charge screen fees, we have none.

Do you offer tiered volume pricing?

Yes! Our tiered quantity pricing discounts apply at the design and print level. Meaning if you have the same design going on many different types of garments, they all add up together to receive a discount.

I don't have a logo or design, what should I do?

You're welcome to still complete our quote request form and if you need help recreating your logo or creating a design from scratch, we can help with that.

Do you offer graphic design?

Yes! We offer professional graphic design and layout services and can get you exactly what you want on your apparel.

Where can I print on a shirt?

We can print in many locations on a shirt. The most common include front left or right chest, full front (11" x 14"), full back, yolk, sleeve, and inside tag. With our unique process, we've also printed along the edge of shirt seams and even zippers!
